Returns & Exchanges

Our promise is to offer you exceptional products and to provide the best possible customer service. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you may return the unused item(s) within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a refund or exchange. As a small business, we regrettably cannot accept returns or exchanges more than two weeks after original delivery.

We ask you kindly to include the item(s), in their original condition, with the sales receipt and all tags in place. To process a return or exchange and receive a return shipping label, please click the link below. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund total at the time of return.

Returns exceeding 5 items, or totaling $5,000 or more are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for returns to be processed upon arrival back to our shipping and receiving department.

Shipping & Handling

Please note, a signature requirement will be added to all shipments on orders over $1,000. If you would like to proceed without a signature requirement, please email support@axelsltd.com with your order number. By opting out of a signature requirement, you are authorizing the delivery of your package without the requirement of signature at delivery. Axel's assumes no responsibility for packages lost or stolen that have been assigned "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED".

Standard Delivery

Items listed as "in stock" should arrive approximately 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Anything else (i.e., ships within 24 hours, 1-2 days or 3-4 days) is not considered "in stock" and will not be shipped out the day of purchase.

Two-Day Delivery

In-stock items should arrive within two business days if order is placed by 12:00pm (MST). *Please note: a signature is required, unless otherwise noted.

Next-Day Delivery

In-stock items should arrive the next business day if order is placed by 12:00pm (MST). *Please note: a signature is required, unless otherwise noted.

International Shipments

We are pleased to offer international shipping to countries worldwide. However, please note that Axel's is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply to international orders; these are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Axel's does not calculate or collect these fees, and they cannot be refunded by us.

For International returns, we cannot provide return shipping labels. We recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method. Please mail your return to the following address and obtain a tracking number and a receipt from the carrier for your records.
