Shipping and Handling
Standard delivery
Items that read "in stock" should arrive approximately 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Anything else (ie, ships within 24 hours, 1-2 days or 3-4 days) is not considered "in stock" and will not be shipped out the day of purchase.
Two-day delivery
If requested, quotes will be provided. In stock items should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). A signature is required.
Next-day delivery
If requested, quotes will be provided. In stock items should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). A signature is required.
Saturday delivery
Please call for Saturday Delivery.
Inventory Mishaps
If a product is marked in stock but we are unable to deliver we will call within 24 hours.
International Shipments
We ship internationally, however we are not responsible for any taxes or duties. Please contact us if have questions about international shipments.
Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges And Returns (website orders only): Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted within 7 days from date of receipt. They must be in new condition, accompanied by a receipt, and please give a reason for you return. Ordering and Payments
Credit card usage
Axel's accepts the following credit cards for purchases: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Credit Cards and debit Cards: the total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, a member of Axel's customer service will try and contact you via email or telephone. If we are unable to reach resolution of this matter within one week, your order will be canceled.
