No Hassle Web Returns and Exchanges on Non Sale Items

Our promise is to offer you exceptional products and to provide the best customer service. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you may send the merchandise back for a refund, credit or exchange within one week from receipt of the package. (Gifts purchased within the month of December must be returned no later than January 2nd.) To make your life easier we include a return Fedex label in every package. Please fill out our enclosed return form before shipping the package. You may schedule a pick-up by logging onto fedex.com/pickup or you can stop by any Fedex location to drop off your package.  If you wish to use another courier service then please ship to: Axel's; 201 Gore Creek Dr. Vail, Co 81657

We ask you kindly to include the item(s), in their original condition, with the sales receipt and all tags in place. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 970-497-4888, and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Shipping and Handling

Standard delivery

Items that read "in stock" should arrive approximately 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Anything else (ie, ships within 24 hours, 1-2 days or 3-4 days) is not considered "in stock" and will not be shipped out the day of purchase.

Two-day delivery

If requested, quotes will be provided. In stock items should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). *Please note: a signature is required.

Next-day delivery

If requested, quotes will be provided. In stock items should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST).

Saturday delivery

Please call for Saturday Delivery.

Inventory Mishaps

If a product is marked in stock but we are unable to deliver we will call within 24 hours.

International Shipments

We ship internationally, however we are not responsible for any taxes or duties. Please contact us if have questions about international shipments.

In Store Returns and Exchanges 

Exchanges And Returns (website orders only): Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted within 7 days from date of receipt. They must be in new condition, accompanied by a receipt, and please give a reason for you return. Ordering and Payments

Credit card usage

Axel's accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, a member of Axel's customer service will try and contact you via email or telephone. If we are unable to reach resolution of this matter within one week, your order will be canceled.
