NO HASSLE RETURNS

Our promise is to offer you exceptional products and to provide the best customer service. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason you may return the unused item(s) within one week from receipt of the package for a full refund or exchange.

To make things hassle-free for you, we include a return FEDEX label and a simple return form in every package we ship out. Please fill out this form and adhere the FEDEX label to the top of the box. You may drop off your package at the nearest Fedex location or log on to: www.fedex.com/pickup to schedule a pickup at your home or office for no additional fee.

We ask you kindly to include the item(s), in their original condition, with the sales receipt and all tags in place. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 970-497-4888, and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Shipping and Handling

Standard delivery

Items that read "in stock" should arrive approximately 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Anything else (ie, ships within 24 hours, 1-2 days or 3-4 days) is not considered "in stock" and will not be shipped out the day of purchase.

Two-day delivery

If requested, quotes will be provided. In stock items should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). *Please note: a signature is required.

Next-day delivery

If requested, quotes will be provided. In stock items should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST).

Saturday delivery

Inventory Mishaps

If a product is marked in stock but we are unable to deliver we will call within 24 hours.

International Shipments

We ship internationally, however we are not responsible for any taxes or duties. Please contact us if have questions about international shipments.

Credit card usage

Axel's accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, a member of Axel's customer service will try and contact you via email or telephone. If we are unable to reach resolution of this matter within one week, your order will be canceled.
